It is important that you read this Privacy Notice so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data.

Centre for Energy Equality (CEE) acts as the data controller in relation to the personal data processed through the Listen platform.
When we refer to "we", "us" or "our" in this Privacy Notice, we mean CEE.

We collect personal data directly from you when you interact with the Listen platform, including when you:
- Submit feedback or responses
- Provide your contact details

- Feedback, comments, and responses you provide

- Project partners (including SGN where applicable) for delivery, analysis, and reporting
- Regulators, government bodies, or law enforcement agencies where required by law
Where personal data is shared with SGN as part of project delivery, SGN will process your data in accordance with their Privacy Notice.
We do not allow third parties to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your data for specified purposes in accordance with our instructions.
6. Failure to Provide Personal Data
Where we need to collect personal data to provide services or fulfil a request and you fail to provide that data, we may not be able to respond to your feedback or provide related services.
7. Change of Purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason that is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
8. Retention and Security
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
In some circumstances, we may anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you.

Access to your personal data is limited to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.
